The HR system is designed to simplify and organize benefit selections and enrollment. Employers are able to track each employee’s enrollment status during the open enrollment period while having year-round access to an employee census database and reporting module. It allows employees to enroll in available benefit plans and view a one page benefit summary statement of elected benefits throughout the year. They will also have the ability to read and download specific information regarding their benefits, find a facility, doctor, or specialist.
