What is Exceptional Customer Service?

At AxisPointe customer service excellence is answering calls with a real person and not forcing employers and their employees to navigate a complex menu of computerized phone options. Each client is assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will always be at your service and will always work in your best interest.

As a client of AxisPointe we are your employee benefits advocate.  Customer service is vital to retaining our clients for a long term relationship, and customer service is something we practice to the utmost.  We do this by going the extra mile for our clients.  If a problem requires extensive communication with the insurance carrier, we hold the carrier to resolve it in a timely fashion. We have implemented a tracking system for follow-ups with the carriers as well as with the clients to keep you in the loop.

We work for you, and we will always work towards an outcome that benefits you and your employees.  During our semi-annual plan reviews, we provide you with a statistical overview or any issues that we’ve worked on.  In addition, we provide our large group clients with loss ratio reports/claims experience to project upcoming renewal increases. We provide our small group clients with updated trend information that directly impact their renewal.
